Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our innovative team at RISETech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with a focus on building high-quality, user-centric web applications using React.js. You will work alongside our team of developers and designers to develop responsive, scalable, and visually appealing web solutions that meet our clients' needs in the health sector and other domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js.
• Implement user interface components and features using React.js workflows (such as Redux or Hooks), ensuring high performance across devices.
• Utilize CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS and UI libraries like Material-UI (MUI) to create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining responsive design principles.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to refine web applications, improving usability and enhancing the overall user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards in front-end development.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web development, integrating innovative solutions to advance our products and processes.
• Engage in code reviews, share knowledge with the team, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on React.js.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js.
• Extensive experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS and UI libraries like Material-UI (MUI), with a solid grasp of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and debugging complex web application issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
